My approach
Integrative counselling means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, depending on your needs, preferences, and learning style. I offer one-to-one therapy for adults - in person (Bristol) and online (UK-wide).
My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and curiosity.
I want to get to know you - the unfiltered version. That includes the parts you’ve been taught not to love. Especially those parts.
My therapy room is a space where you can show up as yourself and begin to let go of self-judgement. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. My aim is to help you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself - and more empowered to choose your own path.
Unsolicited advice rarely leads to lasting growth.

But what if I told you that conflict is actually an important part of building and maintaining relationships?
Healthy conflict invites deeper understanding of each other's perspectives. It allows us to bring our different takes into the room - to speak honestly, to listen openly. I can learn from you, just as you can learn from me. That’s human nature, we are relational beings.
